KNOXVILLE LM NATIONALS
27, 2015 --- Billy Moyer
Racing (BMR) invaded the historic Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa
from September 24-26 for the 12th edition of the 'Lucas Oil Late Model
Knoxville Nationals,' which was once again sanctioned by the Lucas Oil
Late Model Dirt Series. Things kicked off at the 1/2-mile Marion County
fairgrounds speedplant with a pair of $7,000 to win preliminary shows.
On Thursday night, Billy Moyer - who announced his semi-retirement leading
into the weekend - finished second in his heat race and seventeenth
in the 25-lap sprint.
At Knoxville on Friday evening, Billy ran fifth in both his heat race
and the B-Main prior to advancing up to sixteenth in the 25-lapper.
By virtue of racking up the sixteenth most points during the preliminary
programs, Billy started Saturday's 100-lap headliner from the outside
of the eighth row. The Batesville, Arkansas Hall of Famer then moved
forward during the $40,000 to win 'Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals'
on his way to a respectable eleventh place showing - despite pitting

24, 2015 --- As the 12th
Annual 'Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals' readies to kick off
later tonight in his home state, Billy Moyer would like to formally
announce his semi-retirement from Dirt Late Model racing. The proud
owner of 804 feature wins during his illustrious career, Billy will
retire from a full-time racing schedule at the completion of his 2015
campaign. The Dirt Late Model Hall of Famer will still remain a huge
part of the sport he loves, but in a different capacity than behind
"I am looking forward to retiring from a full-time race schedule
at the end of this season," commented Moyer recently. "While
I will take some time off during the off-season to enjoy life a little
bit, my focus will be on building Billy Moyer Victory Race Cars and
providing technical and sales support to Karl Performance and its customers.
You will still see me around at the race track supporting Billy, Jr.
and all of our customer base. From time-to-time, I may also jump back
behind the wheel for research, development, and testing purposes."

--- Billy Moyer and his #21 BMR team rolled into Tri-City
Speedway in Granite City, Illinois and Federated Raceway at I-55 in
Pevely, Missouri on September 18-19 for the two-day 'St. Louis Showdown.'
The UMP DIRTcar Series presided over the action at both St. Louis venues
and a pair of $5,000 top prizes were on the line. On Friday night at
Granite City, Billy ran second in his heat race and later started the
50-lap headliner from the outside of the fourth row. "Mr. Smooth"
then picked off a couple of cars during the A-Main on his way to a sixth
place showing behind only victor Bobby Pierce, Shannon Babb, Brian Shirley,
Jason Feger, and Ashley Newman.
At Pevely on Saturday evening, another $5,000 winner's check was up
for grabs. Billy clicked off the third fastest lap in his group during
qualifying and later wound up fourth in heat race action. After rolling
off from the outside of the fifth row in the 40-lapper, the Batesville,
Arkansas ace was able to advance up to seventh by the time the checkers

Racing (BMR) was back in the pit area at the hallowed high banks of
Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio from September 10-12 for the 45th
Annual 'World 100.' The three-day crown jewel extravaganza at the "Big
E" once again kicked off with a pair of Twin 25 programs. On Thursday
night, Billy Moyer unfortunately failed to gain access into the $5,000
to win main event after finishing fifth in his heat race and fourth
in his B-Main.
Things turned around in a big way for the #21 team, as they captured
a victory in Friday's Twin 25 show, which was pushed back to Saturday
afternoon due to persistent rain showers! Billy clicked off the fourth
fastest lap in his group during qualifying prior to winning his heat
race. "Mr. Smooth" then grabbed the point on lap three of
the 25-lapper and led the remainder of the distance to pocket the $5,000
top prize for his eleventh win of 2015. Billy beat a hard-charging Mike
Marlar, Shannon Babb, Don O'Neal, and Jonathan Davenport to the checkers!
A huge throng of fans then piled into Eldora Speedway on Saturday night
for the 45th edition of the 'World 100' and Billy was gunning for his
seventh globe trophy. The Batesville, Arkansas Hall of Famer won his
heat race in preliminary action over Shane Clanton and Jimmy Mars to
earn the inside second row starting spot for the 100-lap grind. Billy
then ran towards the front of the stellar field early in the $48,000
to win headliner before bringing out a lap 45 yellow flag and ultimately

2015 win total hit double digits on Sunday, September 6, as he claimed
his tenth triumph of the year in the annual running of the 'Baltes Classic'
at the famed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio! Billy clicked off the
thirteenth fastest lap overall during the American Late Model Series
(ALMS) qualifying session prior to picking up the victory in his heat
race. After starting the main event from the pole position, Billy officially
led each and every circuit of the 25-lap 'Baltes Classic' to cash the
$3,000 payday ahead of Jimmy Mars, Kent Robinson, Duane Chamberlain,
and Jon Henry!
Earlier in the holiday weekend, the #21 team found themselves at Lernerville
Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania for a pair of World of Outlaws Late

evening, August 28 at Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois! Billy
Moyer won his heat race in MARS DIRTcar Series competition and later
started the headliner from the pole position. Billy then led all but
four laps during the feature en route to pocketing the $5,000 winner's
check ahead of Chris Simpson, Jason Feger, Ryan Gustin, and Brian Shirley!
The tripleheader weekend with the MARS gang kicked off on Thursday
night, August 27 at Paducah International Raceway in Paducah, Kentucky.

Racing (BMR) strolled north to the renowned Cedar Lake Speedway in New
Richmond, Wisconsin from July 30-August 1 for the 28th Annual 'USA Nationals.'
The World of Outlaws Late Model Series three-day weekend kicked off
with a $6,000 to win shootout on Thursday night. Billy Moyer knocked
down the quickest lap of the 48 entrants during qualifying and later
scored the victory in heat race action. After leading laps 11-17 of
the 40-lapper, Billy wound up a strong third in the final rundown behind
only victor Jonathan Davenport and runner-up Billy Moyer, Jr.
On Friday evening at CLS, Billy timed in eighth fastest in Group A
during WOOLMS qualifying prior to claiming another heat race triumph.
The Batesville, Arkansas star also won the dash and the special FANSFund

Smooth" Billy Moyer racked up his fifth feature win of the 2015
racing season on Thursday evening, July 23 at Quincy Raceway in Quincy,
Illinois! Billy timed in fourth fastest in Group B during the World
of Outlaws Late Model Series qualifying session prior to scoring the
victory in his heat race. After drawing the pole position before the
drop of the green flag in the 'Workforce 40,' Billy paced the stout
field for the first eighteen circuits. The Batesville, Arkansas star
then retook the point from Shane Clanton in heavy traffic on lap 38
and led the final three laps en route to capturing the $8,000 payday
over Clanton, Josh Richards, Brandon Sheppard, and Tim McCreadie!
On July 24-25, the #21 team was in the pit area at Fairbury American
Legion Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois, as the 26th edition of the 'Prairie
Dirt Classic' paid a hefty $26,000 to the winner. On Friday night, Billy

later climbed up to second in his loaded heat race. After rolling off
from the outside of the fourth row in the 40-lapper, Billy hung around
the top ten and eventually garnered a ninth place effort tonight at
the 1/4-mile bullring.

--- The extended Independence Day holiday weekend kicked
off tonight with a visit to the renamed Daugherty Speedway in Boswell,
Indiana. The UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals tour presided over the $5,000
to win event and 37 competitors piled into the pit area in the Hoosier
State. Billy Moyer qualified third fastest in his group during time
trials, but unfortunately scratched from the remainder of the program
with mechanical troubles.
