| July 31, 2007 (BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS) The Billy Moyer Racing team traveled to Indiana and Ohio over the weekend for a trio of Dirt Late Model events. The action kicked off on Thursday, July 26 at the Lawrenceburg Speedway in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Billy Moyer unfortunately failed to make the starting field for the World of Outlaws Late Model Series A-Main after dropping a valve in his heat race. He had timed in seventh fastest in qualifying for the $7,000 to win show before suffering the untimely mechanical failure. "Mr. Smooth" then debuted his new Victory Circle by Moyer M1 chassis at the famed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio on Friday evening, July 27 for a $10,000 to win World of Outlaws Late Model Series event. After qualifying nineteenth quickest and running sixth in his competitive heat race, Billy won his B-Main to gain access to the 50-lap feature event. The Batesville, Arkansas native used the fifty laps as a test session for his new machine, as he pitted several times to make adjustments on his pristine #21. Billy wound up fifteenth in the final rundown of the 'Subway 50,' which was taped by the cameras of the SPEED Channel for viewing later in the year. The tripleheader weekend concluded on Saturday night, July 28 at the historic Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, Indiana. The venerable 1/4-mile, semi-banked oval played host to a $2,500 to win unsanctioned show on Saturday. Billy was second fastest in qualifying and later won his heat race to earn the outside pole position for the feature. "Mr. Smooth" then wheeled his new Victory Circle by Moyer M1 chassis to the lead early in the race and led most of the 30-lap A-Main. However, the Dirt Late Model Hall of Famer was passed by Don O'Neal in lapped traffic late in the event and settled for a strong runner-up performance.
