| July 30, 2009 Billy Moyer Treks North to Cedar Lake Following Tenth Win of 2009 Season! (BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS) Billy Moyer reached the double digit win plateau over the weekend at the nearby Batesville Motor Speedway in Locust Grove, Arkansas! The MARS and MSRA Series co-sanctioned a pair of races on Friday and Saturday, July 24-25 at BMS. Following a strong third place performance in the $2,000 to win show on Friday behind winner Bill Frye and runner-up Will Vaught, Billy turned up the wick for Saturday's program. After winning his heat race, the driver known as "Mr. Smooth" grabbed the top spot in the feature on lap twelve and never relinquished it on his way to the $2,500 payday over Terry Phillips and Jeremy Payne.
