| July 5, 2007 (BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS) The Billy Moyer Racing team is coming off another busy week, which saw them compete in four Dirt Late Model events from June 26-July 3. Billy started off the week red hot, as he claimed a pair of $6,000 victories in UMP Summernationals action. On Tuesday, June 26, Billy set fast time, won his heat race, and recorded the feature victory at the Poplar Bluff Speedway in Poplar Bluff, Missouri over Rodney Melvin, Mike Marlar, Dennis Erb, and Jeep Van Wormer. On Thursday evening, June 28, "Mr. Smooth" racked up another win at the Paducah International Raceway in Paducah, Kentucky over Jeep Van Wormer, Randy Korte, Don O'Neal, and Jeff Taylor. Following a rain-out on Friday, the UMP Summernationals tour invaded the Clarksville Speedway in Clarksville, Tennessee on Saturday night, June 30. Billy ran second in his heat race prior to finishing seventh in the final rundown of the $10,000 to win A-Main. The Batesville, Arkansas native most recently competed on Tuesday, July 3 at the I-44 Speedway in Lebanon, Missouri. Billy set a new track record in qualifying for the World of Outlaws Late Model Series show and later won his heat race. After starting fourth and suffering a couple of flat tires, Billy wound up being paid for sixth at the pay window behind winner Clint Smith, Brian Shirley, Rick Eckert, Steve Francis, and Shane Clanton.
