| July 3, 2009 Billy Moyer Looks to Continue UMP Summer Nationals Dominance this Weekend! (BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS) "Mr. Smooth" Billy Moyer dominated the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals tour last week, as he reached victory lane in three of the four races that he entered in Illinois, Tennessee, and Kentucky! Following a third place performance in the $6,000 to win show on Wednesday, June 24 at the Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois, Billy rattled off three straights wins for a total of $26,000. The Batesville, Arkansas native slipped by Shannon Babb with only five laps to go to claim the $6,000 top prize on Thursday at the Clayhill Motorsports in Atwood, Tennessee. A night later, Billy won a fierce battle with Jason Feger to capture the $10,000 winner's check at the Paducah International Raceway in Paducah, Kentucky. In the finale on Saturday, June 27 at the Fairbury American Legion Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois, Billy outlasted Frank Heckenast, Jr. to record another $10,000 payday.
