| January 27, 2009 Billy Moyer Travels to Georgia and Florida for "Speedweeks 2009" (BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS) The Billy Moyer Racing team has traveled south from their Batesville, Arkansas shop to the Golden Isles Speedway in Brunswick, Georgia this week to kick off their version of the 2009 racing season! The O'Reilly Southern Allstars Series (OSAS) will sanction four straight nights of wheel-to-wheel Dirt Late Model action at GIS from January 28-31. The pay increases each night from $5,000 to win on Wednesday, to $7,500 to win on Thursday, to $10,000 to win on Friday, and to $12,000 to win in the finale on Saturday evening. Next up will be the annual 'Winternationals' at the East Bay Raceway Park in Gibsonton, Florida. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will sanction all six nights of competition at the "Clay by the Bay" from February 2-7. The first trio of races from the Tampa area facility will pay $5,000 to the winner, while Thursday and Friday's show will be headlined by $10,000 to win affairs. The Saturday, February 7 finale at East Bay will pay $12,000 to win and will be taped by the SPEED Channel cameras for broadcast later in the year. The "Speedweeks 2009" experience for the #21 team is scheduled to wrap up from February 9-14 at the Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Florida. The UMP DIRTcar Series and World of Outlaws Late Model Series will both sanction events at the Daytona Beach area venue throughout the six straight nights of racing action. The first three nights will pay $7,000 to the winner, while the final three races will boast a $10,000 winner's check.
